great amenities but cleanliness could improve

The staff offered really good service, always helpful. The wellness area provided a peaceful escape. The view from our room was beautiful, showcasing lovely garden scenery.

Some areas felt less clean than expected.

Only a short distance to the restaurant Vinile. Sincerely, it was a relaxing stay. Even the Elmas airport was not so far.

Stylish & new-fashioned rooms with mini bar, a nice shower, as example. Comprehensive breakfast with industrial cheese, EXCELLENT service.

It was just a proper fit for a fleeting moment in Carbonia with good value for price. The massage I got from Valentina was really good and quite rejuvenating.

Chur, we had a sweet as stay. The seafood dinner was great, but breakfast options could've been better. Room was spacious, heaps of room on the balcony!

The staff were super friendly and helpful! The gym was well-equipped and perfect for a workout. We also loved the spacious parking area.

The pool area was a highlight for our family, and we appreciated the option to rent beach essentials. Easy walk from the train station made arriving stress-free. My husband and I felt comfortable throughout our visit.

My kids wished there were more variety at breakfast.

Wonderful staff and amazing spa services

The experience was wonderful! The staff were amazing, especially during check-in. The spa services were really good, and the atmosphere was warm and cute. I wish the lunch menu had more options available as the selection was quite limited.

It was just a perfect match for a little getaway in Carbonia with real value for money. The bar being open all day allowed us to grab a quick salad while waiting for our room. Make sure to order lunch from the bar if the restaurant is closed.

The check-in process was a breeze, and I loved the relaxing massage I got at the spa. The outdoor pool was perfect for unwinding after a long day, and I enjoyed the beautiful sun terrace. I did wish the lunch options were a bit more varied, but overall, it was a great stay! 😊

the fridge in the room was not really working.

The hotel is conveniently located near a vibrant area with plenty of dining options, such as Il Convivio. Our room was spacious and comfortable, awesome for a restful atmosphere after a busy day. The clean pool offered a perfect spot to unwind and refresh.

I found the soundproofing in the room to be lacking, which affected my sleep quality.

Strongly recommend for a brief pause

Comfortable room, friendly staff, great breakfast, with a lovely outdoor pool area perfect for relaxation and a convenient bar/lounge area for unwinding after a day exploring.

Couldn't fault.

The room was large, functional, and the bathroom was excellent, making for a really nice 2-night stay here.
